CLEA Field Supervisor Video Series

This is a series of short videos that externship clinicians can share with their field supervisors on topics such as onboarding, orientation, goal setting, and reflection. These short videos suggest some best practices for field supervision, and are designed to be as universal as possible.  Each schools’ individual programs may differ, and we encourage you to distribute links to the videos as you like.  We envision some programs may wish to space out the videos over time; others may find the playlist ideal for new placements or new supervisors.  We hope that these videos are both useful for your supervisors and help you demonstrate compliance with ABA standards (particularly Standard 304(d)(ii)).
