Faculty Partnering Program
The AALS Externship Committee Teaching Methodologies Subcommittee runs the Faculty Partnering Program. All members of our externship community are welcome and encouraged to participate in this one-on-one partnership program. In a nutshell, the Faculty Partnering Program pairs externship faculty, directors, and administrators from different law schools with the goal that they develop a collaborative and mentoring relationship over the course of an academic year. This one-to-one faculty collaboration and shadowing provides a unique opportunity to dive into the world of a peer and discover new ways to work, prepare, manage, and teach your respective programs. To sign up, watch the both the lawclinic and lextern listservs each August.
